Special materials branch factory of ShaanXi ZhongTian Rocket Technology Ltd Co is engaged in researching and manufacturing of tungsten-copper composite materials for nozzle and gas vane, electrical engineering alloy (WCu, MoCu, CuW-WC, Cu-WC, CuWAlTe and Ag-WC), CuW/CuCr solid contact materials and tungsten heavy alloy ( WNiFe and WNiCu), WCu30 energy storage welding materials, WCu20 stick-shape electrode materials and other powder metallurgy products.

Our product quality of WCu(tungsten-copper) MoCu(molybdenum-copper) CuW-WC is good. The product covers all the manufacturers of high voltage vacuum interrupter include 771 GuiYang province ZhenHua group YuGuang Branch Company, 776 ChengDu GuoGuang, 4401 BaoJi BaoGuang, 779 ChengDu XuGuang. WCu10 occupies 70% in the market of high-voltage vacuum switch. There are more than 100 size products for apply. In addition, new product includes CuWAlTe electric contact, WCu20 stick-shape electrode, CuW/CuCr solid contact materials and tungsten heavy alloy (WNiFe and WNiCu), WCu30 energy storage welding materials.

The equipments of factory is excellent, examination is advance, the technical power is strong, there is much experience that we engage in researching and manufacturing of special materials for the use of military for many years. We have ZL/160 middle frequency inducing stove, SLQ-16B gas protect high temperature sinter stove, ZH-15 self-worn electrode vacuum electric arc stove, molybdenum thread vacuum stove, 630KN and 1000KN liquid presses machine, automatic liquid presses machine for powder metallurgy, JEOL JSM-6400LV Scan Electronic Microscope, metallographic  microscope, vacuum packing machine, refined analysis balance, digital whirlpool conductance apparatus and other manufacture and examine instrument to assure the quantity of the product with performance. We get 9 prizes of the national class technology progresses prizes and department class technology prizes totally.

They mainly apply to vacuum interrupter of vacuum load breaker switches, vacuum contactor, among them the product of WCu10 occupy national market quota 70%. The tungsten-copper produced by powder metallurgy method have high density, high heat conduction, high tensile strength, high rigidity, low resistance, low coefficient of expansion, fine electric arc resistance, fine fusion welding resistance, and good galvanic corrosion resistance. They are widely used as electrical contact materials and electrode materials.

It applies to self-elastic contactor component of high voltage SF6 circuit breakers. It has self-elasticity, don’t need spring at work. Its structure is simple, installation and usage is convenient, contactor volume is small, so it improves the switch-character of circuit breakers. We develop a type of WCu20/CuCr0.5 solid contact materials by upright integrated sinter vacuum infiltration method. It has good electric arc resistance, good elasticity and it is not easy to bend contactor finger.
